We are aware of the impact we have on our planet, being part of the fashion industry, and that we as a fashion company cannot be 100% sustainable. We are not afraid to say that we are not perfect. But we are taking the necessary steps to improve.
What does sustainability mean to us?
For us, one of the most important aspects of sustainability is good quality. If garments are not high quality, they fall apart, lose their value and will eventually be thrown out. We do not want to be part of this. The longevity of a garment is very important, and something we reflect upon in the first steps of the design process and the further journey to the consumer. Therefore, we create timeless pieces, that perform season after season, simply because they exude high quality and sophisticated ease. We want to ensure that our
consumers will use their garments and cherish them year after year. If you are done wearing the garments,
please give them new life and donate or recycle.
Gallery's Preferred choices
Every day we work on making better choices. That means saying yes to some things and no to others in order to increase our positive impact and reduce our negative impact where we can. Therefore, we mark the products where we have made such a choice as ‘preferred’ to help our customers make a better choice.
When we use the word ‘preferred’ it means that our garments have a feature that makes them preferable to other conventional choices. This can be in relation to social or environmental aspects. We want to be honest and be transparent in what we mean, when we say a garment is a ‘preferred’ and we believe that we have an obligation to make our initiatives easy to understand. Therefore, you will find a description of the preferred feature on the respective product’s page on our webshop.

Better Cotton with Gallery
MOS MOSH is a proud Member of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). By choosing cotton products from MOS MOSH, you’re supporting cotton production through the Better Cotton Initiative. Better Cotton is
sourced via a system of Mass Balance. The BCI farmers use water efficiently, and they care for the health of the soil and natural habitats. They reduce the use of harmful chemicals and care about the rights and wellbeing of the farmers. We commit to increase our sourcing of BCI cotton every year, hence increasing our financial contribution as well.
